The Polish Space Agency's Polish Space Sector. Business Breakdown Structure – Possibilities of Development – Acquiring Funds publication aims at defining the Polish space sector, indicating its main features and major stakeholders. The vital part of the publication focuses on the registration procedures and rules of applying for tenders by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Organization for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) and includes the practical words of advice concerning these issues.

The guide describes chosen issues associated with space undertakings. It elaborates i.a. on several recommendations regarding contracts and legal provisions concluded in ESA documents. It also stresses the importance of cooperation between the Polish aviation and space sectors and the role of the protection of intellectual property strategy in the space sector. The publication is complemented with a description of the Chinese space sector and the possibilities of establishing economic Polish-Chinese ties in the space area.

It is the very first publication of the Polish Space Agency's imprint. The idea behind the publication is to support Polish entities active in the space sector, those already having experience on the market, as well as those making initial steps or planning to do so.
