Polish Space Agency at the „ Future of Electronic Components Manufacturers Industry” conference
The conference took place in Wloclawek, on the 18-19th of April. The theme of the event were new technologies and innovations in the context of electronic components. The conference had gathered over 200 participants from Poland, EU and Japan. The Polish Space Agency was one of the partners of the simposium. During the “EU Space Sector Perspective” conference panel, the participating POLSA representative gave a speech about the development opportunities within the framework of ESA programs and support offered by POLSA.
The conference was organized by RENEX. The event enabled experts from around the country to meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities of Polish electronic developers in the EU. The lectures regarding the future of space electronics companies were presented i.a. by Piotr Orleański (Space Research Centre), Thomas Rohr (European Space Agency), Krzysztof Czyż (FP Instruments) and Borys Lange (WIRAN).
Patrycja Frąk from the POLSA Department of Strategy and International Cooperation presented the benefits of taking part in European Space Agency programs, mainly via the Polish Industry Incentive Scheme.
The European Space Agency, Polish Space Agency, Space Research Centre, KIGEiT, Association Connecting Electronics Industries (CIPC) and Yamaha were the partners of the event.
Simultaneously with the conference, the 3rd edition of the Polish Soldering Championship was organized.
