The Project is based on a wide range of training experience, as well as the expertise of the partners: the NEMO Science Museum from Amsterdam, Netherlands; the NOESIS Science Centre from Thessaloniki, Greece; the Polish Space Agency; and the Computer Assisted Education and Information Technology Centre (OEIiZK). The consortium leader is Centrum Badań Kosmicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (CBK PAN).
On March 25th, 2020 the first session of the Student Council of the President of the Polish Space Agency took place. Due to the current epidemiologic situation, the meeting has been held online. Michał Szaniawski, the President of the Agency, also participated in the event.

POLSA coordinates the participation of representatives of Polish programs of the European Union (EU), the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) and the European Defence Agency (EDA) in the field of space research, space technology and satellite technology.
The priority task of the Polish Space Agency is to provide security of the state and its citizens and to increase Polish defense capabilities through the use of satellite systems.
Polish Space Agency is to facilitate and enable the country administration at central and local government use of products derived through the use of satellite technology such as Earth observation, satellite navigation or telecommunications.
Supporting the domestic space sector is one of the vital spheres of activity of the Polish Space Agency. POLSA works on developing partnerships between Polish industry and research entities in chosen areas of space activity by organizing task forces meetings and briefings on the state of development of technological domains of the European Space Agency.

Polish Space Agency (POLSA) was established by the Act of 26 September 2014. The task of the Agency is to support the Polish space industry by combining the world of business and science. We also help to get provision for entrepreneurs in obtaining funds from the European Space Agency (ESA). An important aspect of the Agency's activity is to promote the development of satellite technology that can be used in everyday life, including communication, navigation, environmental monitoring and weather forecasting.
