During October, 2-6, 2023, Baku, Azerbaijan, will host the world’s most important event in the space sector – the International Astronautical Congress (IAC). On this occasion, the Polish Space Agency (POLSA) will organize an exhibition booth promoting the Polish space sector. The POLSA booth will additionally provide a gathering point for representatives of the Polish space sector at IAC, so that participants may conveniently meet with Polish aerospace companies in one location.
This will be the fifth time that the Polish Space Agency is an exhibitor at the International Astronautical Congress, but this year is special: on Wednesday, 4th of October there will be a ceremonial signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZERCOSOMS) and the Polish Space Agency (POLSA).
The IAC in Baku is the occasion for POLSA to promote polish entities and present their products on the common booth. It will allow us to show to the broader audience the capacity of our companies and scientific institutes and achievements of the whole space sector in Poland. Especially because next year (2024) we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Polish Space Agency.
