Student Council of the President of Polish Space Agency 2021-2022

The Student Council of the President of the Polish Space Agency consists of 21 members (8 female and 13 male students) from universities from all over Poland, studying a wide range of subjects,  active in science circles and in many cases and having work and academic experience in the space sector.

Moreover, during the session, the Council’s first year of activity was summed up, the ongoing and  planned initiatives of POLSA aimed towards students were presented (e.g. the next editions of  the  competition for the best diploma thesis and the Student Space Conference or organized workshops and meetings).The meeting was also an  opportunity to get to know the Councilors better, which was particularly valuable for the newest members. A key point of the session was presenting the course of the Council’s activities for the upcoming year – this includes establishing tighter cooperation with students associated with the space sector, integrating the student space community and popularizing different career paths in the space sector. If you are interested in learning more about the members of the Council, please join the „Sięgając gwiazd – wybieramy studia” (eng. „Reaching for the Stars – Choosing Studies”), during which they will talk about their universities and the ways you can develop your skillset needed in the space sector right from the first days at university.

Please note, that the Student Council is an interdisciplinary advisory body to the President of Polish Space Agency, associating students from Polish universities with interests related to the development of space sector, representing students and student organizations operating at Polish universities.
